Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of skyrmion under RKKY coupling driven by current are studied. In particular, the manipulation of skyrmion oscillation and precession by different RKKY ferromagnetic coupling intensities is studied. The results show that the skyrmion of the top layer and the bottom layer can achieve stable oscillation under certain conditions, and the precession of the skyrmion presents a circular trajectory. At the same time, the precession position of the top layer is ahead of that of the bottom layer, and the coupling strength will change the difference of the skyrmion precession radius between the upper and lower layers. In addition, the effects of different driving currents on the dynamic characteristics of skyrmion are also studied, and the results show that the driving currents can effectively manipulate the dynamic characteristics such as the initial oscillation time and stable oscillation radius.
