一种基于结构光的高反光表面三维重建算法

A 3D reconstruction algorithm for highly reflective surfaces based on structured light

摘要:

针对高反光表面的三维重建一直是结构光技术中的重点及难点。本文基于多重曝光法及调整投影条纹强度法,提出了一种曝光时间序列以及条纹亮度序列的选择方法,利用被测物体在不同投影条件下的表面临过曝像素点数统计直方图,结合图像中像素点数的不过曝比例,计算所求的曝光时间及条纹亮度序列,完善了针对高反光表面的高动态范围技术。实验结果表明,文章提出方法能够有效地提升高反光表面三维重建的精度,点云中有效像素点数可以达到96%以上。

Abstract:

Three-dimensional reconstruction of highly reflective surfaces has always been the focus and difficulty in structured light technology. Based on the multiple exposure method and the method of adjusting the projected fringe intensity, this paper proposes a selection method of exposure time sequence and fringe brightness sequence. The overexposure ratio of the number of pixels, the calculation of the required exposure time and the sequence of stripe brightness, complete the high dynamic range technology for highly reflective surfaces. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction of highly reflective surfaces, and the number of effective pixels in the point cloud can reach more than 96%.
