Abstract:Endoscope is necessary for minimally invasive surgery. However, existing endoscopy can not present fluorescence diagnostic markers immediately during tumour surgery process, which limits the accuracy of tumor resection . To resolve the problem, a new method is proposed. First, the frame signal of the camera is synchronized with the switch signal of light source, thus the bright field images and fluorescent labeling images can be obtained alternatively. Then, according to the respective characteristics of the two kinds of images, a series of methods such as gray transformation and colorization are used to process the images. Lastly, after fusing the two kinds of images, the fluorescence labelings can be presented in bright field images.
