Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the precision of star point extraction decreases due to the blurring of star points caused by satellite motion and exposure time under the dynamic conditions of star camera in orbit, a compensation method for the error of dynamic star point coordinate determination is presented in this paper. The purpose of improving star pointing accuracy of star camera is realized by adding step glass before the entrance pupil of star camera optical system, instead of relying on complex centroid extraction algorithm. Through ground calibration and on-orbit test,the pointing accuracy of the star camera is better than 1″, verifing the effectiveness of this method.
