Abstract:The development of metamaterials provides a favorable carrier for terahertz technology, which makes terahertz devices develop rapidly. As an important functional device, terahertz filters achieve both single-band and multi-band filtering. In this paper, a new metamaterial structure is proposed, in which LC resonance and dipole resonance are used simultaneously for multi-band terahertz filtering. The influence laws of the geometric parameters on the filter performance were studied, and by optimizing key structural parameters, good dual-band and triple-band filtering was obtained.
