A UWB analog RF memory technique based on optical managing for the copy and transmission of the signal of UWB radar was proposed, the instantaneous bandwidth of jammer was greatly increased. Based on the theoretical analysis results of optical RF memory, low noise optical amplification and optical AGC were used to precisely control the link gain and achieve high quality and large number of coherent copies of sampled signals. Variable optical delay was used to achieve such effects as range deception interference and velocity deception interference, and also simulation and experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed technique.
