Abstract:Based on the traditional Mach-Zehnder modulator bias control theory, a method of feedback control based on low frequency signal disturbance and analog circuit processing technology is presented. The bias control circuit module designed by this method can realize the LiNbO3 MZM quadrature bias point locking in the temperature range of -55~+80℃, moreover it has the characteristics of small volume and high control presicion. The module has been used in one high-speed optical communication transmission system.
