Abstract:A 10Gb/s optical transceiver module was designed and fabricated to maintain stable optical power and extinction ratio over a wide temperature range. Based on the conversion ratio of the back current and the optical power, the correction values of the bias current and the modulation current were calculated, and the working parameters of the laser were adjusted during the operation of the optical module automatically and continuously. The signal integrity, crosstalk and EMI were solved by high-speed circuit signal simulation design. The optical transceiver module channel can work independently, and the transmission rate can reach up to 10Gb/s. The optical transceiver module is realized with high-speed, high stability, high reliability and small size, thus it provides high stability data link for very short distance and high-speed data transmission and processing.
