By discussing the fins connected in cascade and in parallel, and using the continuity of heat flow as the condition, and by setting the temperature difference of the structure base and the heatflow of the fin top to be zero as the solution condition, the temperature calculation of the whole heat sink was deduced by considering that the heat transferred into the fins is equal to that transferred into air by convection through fins. Taking an aluminum heat dissipation structure as the analysis object, the temperature value of the key nodes of the heat dissipation structure was obtained through experiments and simulations. The correctness of the constructed calculation model is verified by experiments and numerical simulation.
