Abstract:In order to satisfy the application requirements of high-resolution infrared imaging, an infrared super-resolution imaging system based on micro-scanning was designed. The system uses piezoelectric(PZT)-driving infrared focal plane array(IRFPA) to realize micro-scanning, and uses CPLD to generate the driving timing sequence of PZT and infrared signal, and image data can be processed in real time by using high performance DSP, thus processed images are sent to LCD for display. Experimental results show that the micro-scanning imaging system can realize super-resolution imaging of 2×2 micro-scanning method, and effectively break through the limit of IRFPA unit number in existing imaging systems.
