Abstract:In wireless Ad Hoc network, in order to improve the stability of the link and quality of the communication, proposed is an integration of link interruption forecasting and shortest route repairing mechanism based on a modified AODV protocol, which is called LIFSR-AODV. By detecting network link quality, this mechanism can not only predict and avoid the link interruption, but also reduce the control packet overhead of local repairing and transmission delay. Meanwhile, the repairing process can be used to shorten the length of the path by removing redundant link node. Through making simulation experiments in IEEE 802.15.4 Matlab simulator, it is verified that the routing mechanism not only improves the performance of AODV, but also improves the stability of the link.
