As the 2nd generation infrared detector,TDI infrared detectors own more excellent temperature sensitivity and larger scanning imaging field.Compared to array imaging devices,TDI infrared detectors must apply the scanning device to make scanning imaging.Because the photosensitive element of TDI infrared detector is in staggered arrangement,so in order to ensure that the odd element and even element image on the same target,the matching problem of the scanning direction and odd/even element space position should be considered.Taking 480×6 infrared detector as an example,the structure of TDI infrared detector photosensitive element,the working mode and principles of spatial correction were introduced in detail.The arithmetic of spatial correction and FPGA realization method were given.And its validity was proved by experiments.
