Abstract:From the view of potential and field,the motion behaviors of the charged particles were discussed for the strained superlattice.By introducing the sine-squared potential,the particle motion equation was reduced to generalized pendulum equation with damping term and mixed excitation term in the framework of classical mechanics and dipole approximation.The critical nature and the chaotic behavior of the system were discussed by Melnikov method.The results show that the chaotic behavior of the system relates to its parameters,and the stability of the system can be guaranteed in principle by appropriately adjustmenting the parameters,.
