Abstract:Based on analyzing the optoelectronic properties of solar-blind UV detector and its technology platform,an evaluation system comprising three levels for assessing solar-blind UV detectors was proposed.Using the method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to make analysis on every evaluation index,the main indexes and the weighting factor of the three levels were determined.The results show that the evaluation system can evaluate the optoelectronic properties of solar blind UV detectors systematicly and accurately.
