Abstract:Monolithic integration of readout circuit is conducive to the development of intelligent focal plane arrays and portability of infrared imaging systems.In this paper,a readout integrated circuit (ROIC) for uncooled infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) was presented,a prototype 1×8 monolithic integration of different functional modules,including biasing module,driving module,current integration module,correlated sampling module and buffer output module,using CTIA type element readout circuit structure was successfully fabricated through SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process.Simulation results show that the linearity and power dissipation of the designed readout circuit are 99% and 5mW,respectively,indicating good suitability for large array transplant applications.
