Abstract:Using the electrochemical deposition method in Zn(NO3)2 and C6HM12N4 electrolyte at a low temperature, the ZnO nanorods were synthesized on ITO substrate. The effects of voltage, precursor concentration (Zn2+), temperature and seed-layer on the as-prepared ZnO nanorods were studied, realizing the controllable preparation for ZnO nanorods. The results demonstrate that the ZnO nanorods which were synthesized on seed layer under the conditions of -0.9V, 0.01M Zn2+and 75℃ have the property of c-axis orientation, uniform size (80~100nm) and a high transmittance of 80% in 380~750nm visible wavelength range.
