Liquid phase chemical reduction and mechanical milling were used respectively to prepare spherical silver powder and flake silver powder. The effects of silver morphology,dispersion and tap density on back silver paste sinter film and battery photovoltaic performance were analyzed. The results show that the paste and solar cell prepared by flake silver own the best adhesion and the highest photoelectric conversation efficiency. The second is sphericall and the worst is dendritic silver. High diespersion and high tap density of silver powder can significantly improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.
