The math model of the lens surface was established by analyzing the curve of the first lens. The opposite differential equation was obtained by making certain calculations. By making use of the Runge Kutta method, the data of the curve of the lens’ centre cross section was gotten. And then the data was imported into the Solidworks to obtain the centre curve. Then, using the software to make curved surface scanning, images and stitching process, the corresponding three dimensional model of the lens was gotten, and then it was imported into the Tracepro to get the corresponding images and data of the square light field based on setting appropriate settings to undergo optical simulations. Finally, by making a 3×3 array design for the designed lens model, the corresponding enhanced homogeneously square light field was obtained.
