In this paper, the two cylindrical heterostructure defects in the semi-infinite body were studied. Then based on non-Fourier heat conduction equation, the wave function expansion method and the method of images were used to study the thermal multiple scattering and the temperature distribution of the heterogeneity defects and the general solution of multiple scattering waves was given. By numerical calculation, the temperature distribution curve of the material surface was given with different physical parameters and geometric parameters, and their effects on the temperature distribution were analyzed in detail, especially the effects of thermal wave characteristics and defects properties.
