Abstract:Ultrasonic annealing approach was used to fabricate a P3HT∶PCBM polymer solar cell with the power conversion efficiency of 5.16%. Measurement results reveal the P3HT/PCBM blend film fabricated by ultrasonically annealing at 40℃ has a higher electron mobility, a higher absorption efficiency and a more balanced carrier transport in the active layer, which can be attributed to the lamella PCBM aggregation formed in the active layer.
