Developed is a kind of optocoupler chip with strong driving current and steady operation. It includes the under voltage lockout circuit and the logic control module and uses Push-Pull as the driving circuit. The working principles of the under voltage lockout (UVLO) and logic control module were analyzed in detail, based on which the whole peripheral circuit was simulated with the driven current to be more than 3A. Experimental results show that when the power is 30V and the working temperature is 25℃, the forward peak current and the negative peak drive current of the chips can reach 2.8A and 2.5A respectively. It can be applied in large-scale power electronic systems.
