In order to research the optical properties of multi-doped 1-D anisotropic photonic crystals, the transmissivity of light wave going through the crystals was calculated with the transmission matrix method. Numerical simulations indicate that: after the light going through the structure of photonic crystal, single, double and multiple defect modes appear along with the number variation of doping layers in TE Wave and TM Wave transmission spectra; the number of defect modes in the bandgap increases with the increasing number of doping layers; the position of defect modes moves to the short-wave direction along with the variation of the optical thickness of doping layer, and the defect modes of TE Waver and TM Waver can be completely separated. This research can provide theoretical basis for the design and production of single or double channel filters.
