Abstract:To acquire high-power and narrow pulse laser beams,an implementation scheme of a compact driving circuit of laser diode (LD) was proposed,and the principles of generating high-voltage and narrow pulse signals were analyzed.In addition,the hardware designs of the signal reshaping circuit,DC offset circuit and high-voltage pulse generating circuit were introduced.Test results show that, the designed circuit can output the pulse driving signals with the peak voltage of about 460V,pulse width of less than 6.0ns and the fall time of about 2.5ns. This circuit owns the characteristics of high performance,small size,high reliability and easy installation,so it can be used as the detection source of the active laser fuze.
