Abstract:Optimized design of antireflection coatings (ARC) is important for solar cells to obtain high conversion efficiency. Based on the antireflection coatings theory, the reflectivity curves of single layer and double layer ARC were simulated on computer. And the optimized film thickness under various incident wavelengths, such as 632.8nm and 800nm, was demonstrated. The I-V curves of mono-crystal solar cells with different antireflection coatings were simulated with the software PC1D, and the high conversion efficiency was demonstrated.
