Abstract:Organic light-emitting devices (OLED) were fabricated with based on doping and non-doping method. In which fluorescentc material DPVBi acts as blue emitter layer, Ir(piq)2(acac) was doped into BAlq host to act as the red emitter layer, and sub-monolayer QAD was inserted in the electron transporting layer to act as green emitter layer, respectively. The device performance can be controlled by varying the thickness of QAD. The maximum EL efficiency, maximum power efficiency and maximum luminance of the device with the thickness of 0.05nm QAD are 6.1 cd/A, 3.1 lm/W and 25 300 cd/m2, respectively. The simple structure and excellent reproducibility make them well suit to low-cost lighting applications and beneficial for the industrialization.
