Abstract:For TDI CCD cameras, there are such problems as various imaging modes, long switching time between different working modes and lowcollocation efficiency, thus in this paper, an efficient and reliable configuration and management method for TDI CCD imaging modes was proposed. Firstly, the internal structure and working features of the imaging unit of on-board TDI CCD cameras were analyzed. Secondly, in view of the large number of orbit parameters, attitude parameters and time parameters, an effective management method of the working modes was proposed by combining with the corresponding image data. Then, the configuration process on important parameters (gain, bias, integral series and line frequency) were introduced in detail. Finally, the response of TDI CCD camera under five gain configuration points were tested, and field imaging tests were carried out under level 4 and 8 integral series. The experimental results show that the proposed configuration method is accurate and reliable, TDI CCD camera can obtain good linear response and perfect field imaging quality, realizing effective and reliable configuration and management of on-board imaging modes.
